Help

Jurgita Gerlikaitė's works are characterised both by their haunting beauty and the surrealism of European temperament. Her natural images suggest a dreamlike state where the intrigues of the psychological subconscious and reality merge; various objects and materials are ingeniously combined. Jurgita's work also gives a glimpse of the human condition - the inner universe in the process of constant creation. Gerlikaitė's work has been exhibited in galleries throughout Europe, as well as in Japan, the Middle East and America. It is this sense of connection to the world around her that intrigues many different people living in different cultures.
