Artist

Daiva Mažonienė always wants to draw a smile from the viewer. Her works are cheerful and colourful, and her characters are like symbols of a good life. The author's work is dominated by rounded shapes, because, according to the author, she does not like sharp corners both in her painting and in her life, and she smooths them out by painting not so much with a brush as with good emotions.
"My work is born when I feel good, and I put that positive feeling into my paintings".
The most frequent characters in her paintings are angels, known as Angeliauskas, and curvy, charming women enjoying life.
