I graduated ceramics studies at the Art Institute. However I was looking for art type for a long time, which would be closest to my soul. When the life led to the studies of Eastern philosophy, I rediscovered Eastern art, which aesthetic I admired at school days.
For art, which exists several thousands of years the most important principle - spiritual element. Treatment of natural colors and forms provides harmony and positive element to works. Objects seem ordinary and daily - at the same time they reveal unique of natural events.
In the works I often use short poetic triplet - haiku. It is like "stop" frame of poetry, perpetuating importance of the moment and connecting several Eastern art traditions. I keep tradition to meditate before taking a brush, and all process of painting is meditation for me. I hope that my works spread peace and harmony.
